Alejandra Riskin. Originally from Argentina and based in Germany for the past 8 years, I bring a unique multicultural perspective to the field of Human Resources. As a Bachelor of Labor and Human Resources with over 15 years of international experience, my career has been defined by navigating the complexities of high-pressure corporate environments while managing the personal and professional challenges of relocation and integration.

Living in Germany with my family has profoundly shaped my understanding of work-life integration and the necessity of maintaining high performance without sacrificing well-being. My background includes leading strategic initiatives in Talent Management, Development and Change Management, where I have seen firsthand how organizational culture directly impacts the bottom line.
